8/10/2023 0 Comments Firealpaca brushes wont showi can’t believe i forgot this little thing :P i keep opening some files in a separate window cause it’s easier for me sometimes, so i guess if anyone else does too, be careful with that. I got some really sweet new brushes today and re-creating them from a base custom brush is just more of a drag than i thought. it’s like when you don’t have a save function for soemthing or when a program doesn’t ask for you to save a file…. Not that this is like a really big thing, it’s just something i noticed might be kind of annoying occasionally. like if you’ve adjusted the size or opacity for 10 brushes or something. this applies to any changes you’ve made to brush settings as well. Tiny warning really, for anyone like me who likes to open two firealpaca windows at the same time? fairly sure the only one doing that is me, but hey, still: if you’ve made some new brushes in one, then don’t close it as the last window!!!! leave it open and close the other one that has the old brushes. Ok a lil fair warning for anyone making brushes in firealpaca This is a very good example of what to do if you have more plans with carrying files over - it’s good to test the PSD compatibility between different programs in general. I haven’t used Procreate myself, but as long as an app/program opens PSD, you should be able to transfer your layers over, especially if they are the same kind of layers you can use in Procreate, such as Normal, Multiply, Overlay or other blend modes. mask layers or some features which might work differently in Firealpaca. I reccomend saving a MDP file first-hand as a copy, in case the PSD does not retain some features of your work, i.e. I cant change my colors for any brush and toolPlease help or send informations.
